Integrated with the Skyray’s patented X fluorescence (XRF) non-destructive testing technology and the atmospheric auto-enrichment technology, meeting American EPA IO-3.3 standard, atmospheric heavy metal online analyzer adopts the unique X-ray excitation source, sample excitation structure, detection system, auto-enrichment, automatic roll system and other core technologies to greatly improve the detection sensitivity for the air particles heavy metals , capable of detecting the low levels of heavy metals ,e.g. lead, cadmium, chromium, arsenic, etc., it can also realize the unattended long-time (1~3 months) auto-monitoring.

 At present, the instrument has been sent to Kunshan environmental monitoring station,Suzhou Environmental Monitoring Center, Jiangsu Environmental Monitoring Center and China National Environmental Monitoring Center for environmental verification according to the agreed test plan;meanwhile, we have signed an Alliance Agreement with French ARIA company specialized in environmental technology to promote the heavy metal monitoring system worldwide.

Configuration:

Instrument host

Including particulate matter enrichment system (cutter, DHS dynamic heating device, flow measurement&control device, sampling pump), roll system (PTFE membrane roll <with extra-low content of background elements> , membrane motion device), X fluorescence analysis system (high-power X-ray tube, SDD X fluorescence detector, multi-filter switching device, digital multi-channel analyzer, FP algorithm analysis software), control system (control sampling, roll movement, XRF testing, flow record and control, contaminant concentration calculation, results display,etc.).These four systems, except the PM cutter, are all integrated in a single case, which is easy to transport and install.

Heavy metal workstation

Hardware configuration:

Either 5U ultrathin integrated IPC (includes 10” touch screen and various expansion interfaces) or 15-inch touch screen IPC (10U high for a 19” case) is optional for users. Basic configuration: dual-core CPU 2GHz or more, RAM 2GB or more, SSD 8GB or more.

Interface configuration:I/O 24VDC, 2A, RS232 serial port (Modbus protocol, max.38.4kbps); the interface for connecting the heavy metal workstation and the instrument is  net port, ensuring bulk data transfer.

Software configuration:

EHM-X100 control and comprehensive analysis software, Chinese user interface, touch screen operation, display real-time sampling flow, sampling time, measure state, heavy metal concentration, content curve, etc.. Self-diagnosis and setting function, real-time status monitoring function, and capable to store the monitoring data for more than a decade; the software adopts the advanced hierarchical modular design with powerful and flexible functions ,e.g. data settings, calibration, save, display, search, analysis, transfer ,etc..

Data are consistent with Pollution-source on-line auto-control (monitoring) system data transfer standard (HJ/T 212-2005). The open communication protocol can be accessed into the data acquisition platform to ensure networking with the provincial station and national station .

Provide the store files of monitoring data to export in TXT or EXCEL format; the scan spectra after each measurement or calibration can be saved and available for retrieval and search.

PM cutter

TSP, PM10, PM2.5 cutters are optional in order to realize the measurement of the heavy metal particles of various kinetic diameters. Besides, they are provided with an outdoor temperature sensor with a shutter shield and lightning protection isolator.

Provide a specialized waterproof flange to mount the cutter on the roof . The vehicle platform is also optional for the users to mount the cutter on the car-roof.

Adopt the imported high efficiency diaphragm pump, max. flow 168L / min,min.vacuum 60Torr

Precisely control the working flow by using the mass flow controller and multi-dimensional temperature sensor; besides, provided with the automatic flowmeter to achieve flow self-calibration  

Use various data transfer methods,e.g. RS232/485,USB, GPRS, ADSL, Ethernet, etc., to achieve the remote transmission, monitoring and inspection of the operating parameters, status, and data, it can build an effective 3D heavy metal monitoring network with the Skyray handheld soil heavy metal analyzer Genius 9000 , portable water quality heavy metal analyzer HM3000P.

System software adopts the advanced hierarchical modular design, providing the powerful, flexible functions of data settings, calibration, save, display, search, analysis, transfer,etc..The data meets with the requirements of Pollution Source Online Auto-control (monitoring) System Data Transmission Standard(HJ/T 212-2005). Meanwhile, the users can quickly and easily customize or extend any other functions

Professional multiple anti-radiation treatment,the instrument shall be with no radiation leak all-round during the measurement and pass the test and certification of the related national departments.
